Happy New Year, IT folks!

As you work hard to keep your resolutions, we thought we'd add a new feature in ServiceDesk Plus to take some of the pressure off. While our new custom actions probably won't help you exercise more, they'll definitely get your service desk in tip-top shape.

You may have heard about features such as the request scheduler and the time elapsed analysis, but have you tried using them yet? If not, each of those features has a quick video tutorial to help you maximize your service desk.
