Hey there,

The season isn't the only thing changing; we've been working on some pretty cool stuff in ServiceDesk Plus, and we can't wait to tell you about it.

Before I dive into any updates, we at ServiceDesk Plus would like to take a moment to appreciate you, our customers, for being the force that drives us to do better. On that note, we'd like to offer you a $25 Amazon gift card if you have a moment to leave us a review on Gartner Peer Insights.

Late last year, we introduced our exclusive Request Life Cycle (RLC) feature for the on-premises version of ServiceDesk Plus, and our customers have enjoyed using it since. Due to its popularity with on-premises users, we decided to extend the functionality to our cloud customers. Customers using the cloud version of ServiceDesk Plus can expect to see the RLC feature shortly. Keep an eye out for this exciting release, or, if you're not familiar with what RLC is, learn more about it here.

Although it's been a while since the GDPR came into effect, it can still be tricky to achieve and maintain GDPR compliance in the IT service desk. To help you with this, we've come up with this infographic that simplifies GDPR requirements in the context of ITSM.
