It's been a busy month here at ServiceDesk Plus as we gear up for our much anticipated Request Life Cycle feature, year-end offers, new integrations in our MSP help desk, and more. Read on to learn more about what's in store.

Let's take a sneak peek at the next big thing the ServiceDesk Plus team has designed for you. Request Life Cycle gives you more control over your requests by allowing you to visually build the statuses and transitions a request must pass through in a few quick and easy drag-and-drop steps. This highly anticipated feature will soon be released in the on-premises version. We're hosting a free webinar on December 6th to help you better understand how it works. More information is soon to follow.

We recently introduced version 9410 of ServiceDesk Plus MSP, our exclusive IT service desk for managed service providers. I'm also excited to give you a little recap of what happened at our recent User Conference in Chicago. We set a new record for the most participants at a ManageEngine event held in the US. We had in-depth demo sessions on Request Life Cycle, Enterprise Service Management, and other features, as well as the Zia and chat integrations; good food as always; and a whole lot of fun. Here's a quick look at the event.
